Before you decide.
Answers about the residential model, admissions, and family communication.
Exploring treatment options.
Visit owner resources for cancer treatment questions, second opinions, integrative approaches, neurological conditions and serious chronic illness.
Which animals is the program for?
Seriously ill dogs and cats whose clinical condition and care needs are appropriate for the residential setting. Each case begins with review.
Is every patient accepted?
No. Records, diagnosis, current condition, transport requirements, and residential suitability are considered before acceptance.
How long is the program?
The program is structured around a stay of up to six months. Admission arrangements define the treatment period and completion process.
What does the program cost?
The six-month residential program is $99,900. The fee covers the stated program inclusions, with no additional charges.
What if I cannot afford the fee?
Families are encouraged to request Compassion Fund consideration. Assistance depends on resources and clinical eligibility.
Can we visit the campus?
The campus is reserved for patients and staff. Families stay connected remotely through their coordinator, email updates, photographs, videos, and scheduled conversations.
Can Timeless arrange transportation?
Pickup and return transportation are coordinated across the United States according to the patient’s condition, location, size, and travel needs.
How will I hear about progress?
Email is the primary communication channel. Updates may include photographs, videos, clinical information, and scheduled calls. Significant developments receive direct clinical communication.
Does my primary veterinarian stay involved?
Existing records inform the review, and the end-of-program clinical summary supports continuity with the primary veterinary team.
What happens if the patient becomes critically ill?
Clinical deterioration requires immediate veterinary assessment and an appropriate escalation plan. Emergency arrangements and family communication are addressed before admission.
What happens after the program?
Families receive a clinical summary, available diagnostic information, aftercare recommendations, and follow-up arrangements.
What is meant by healing?
The outcomes framework distinguishes symptom improvement, response, disappearance of detectable disease, functional recovery, and sustained results. A clinical claim must identify the criteria and duration of follow-up.
Where can I read the research?
Research & Publications contains BIO-001/002, ONC-001 through ONC-010, and the cohort-lineage record. Each record details its population, endpoints, outcomes, and follow-up. The Frontier links to additional published research across disciplines.
How do I apply?
Copy the intake questions from Admissions into an email, answer beneath each question, attach your records and photographs, and send them to care@timelessveterinarycenter.com. Applying and the initial information review are complimentary.
