Each family has a designated point of contact for updates, practical questions, and coordination throughout the stay. Email is the primary communication channel; phone calls can be arranged when appropriate.

Keeping you informed.

Families receive updates monthly or in conjunction with scheduled imaging and clinical reassessment. Updates can include photographs, video, appetite and activity observations, and explanations of meaningful clinical changes. Significant changes are communicated promptly. Email is the primary channel; phone conversations can be arranged when appropriate.

Clinical conversations.

Laboratory findings, imaging results when available, and changes to the course of care are communicated in context. Significant developments receive direct attention from the clinical team.

Transportation.

Pickup and return are coordinated according to the animal’s condition, location, size, and travel needs. Transport plans prioritize clinical suitability and continuity of care.

The return home.

Families receive an end-of-program clinical summary, available diagnostic information, medication instructions when applicable, aftercare recommendations, and follow-up arrangements.

Your primary veterinarian.

Records and summaries support ongoing care with the patient’s primary veterinary team after the residential program.
